Monona County Economic Development Re-Brand
As both the Executive and Creative Director, I led a complete rebrand for MCEDP, transforming their visual identity to better reflect their mission and community impact. I crafted a new logo that symbolizes growth, innovation, and local engagement. I developed a user-friendly, visually compelling website to effectively communicate their initiatives and resources. – I produced a series of promotional videos to attract new residents and tell our story, emphasizing MCEDP’s role in driving local economic progress. This project was about more than just aesthetics—it was about reshaping perceptions and creating a brand that speaks directly to stakeholders and the community.
Onawa Ragbrai – 2018 – Creative Lead
RAGBRAI, Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, is an epic eight-day rolling festival of bicycles, music, food, camaraderie, and community. It is the oldest, largest, and longest multi-day bicycle touring event in the world. Community leaders and volunteers are the key to hosting a successful RAGBRAI visit. An enormous amount of time and energy is required to properly plan for and welcome 20,000 cyclists plus thousands of guests to your community. I served as the creative lead for our community’s marketing team. We developed a theme, logo, website, and community maps as well as served as the media & pr contacts.
Coffee & Nosh – Brand Manager
As the Brand Manager for Coffee and Nosh, I helped shape the brand’s identity to resonate with a community of coffee lovers and food enthusiasts. I developed and implemented brand positioning that emphasized their commitment to quality, fun, and sustainability. I created the designs for targeted marketing campaigns across digital and print media, building brand awareness and loyalty.I oversaw the creative direction for all visual content, including social media, packaging, and event experiences, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence. Through my work, I aimed to elevate Coffee and Nosh from a food truck to a beloved local brand with a clear, authentic voice.
Heart Of Homes Web Design
I designed and developed the website for Heart of Homes, a home tour fundraiser aimed at supporting underprivileged children. The goal was to create an inviting, user-friendly platform that encouraged participation and donations. I crafted a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate site, highlighting the mission and showcasing the featured homes. The main focus was on an intuitive user journey, ensuring visitors could easily access event details, purchase tickets, and learn about the cause. I integrated storytelling elements to connect emotionally with visitors, boosting community involvement and support. The website played a crucial role in bringing attention to the event and facilitating a successful fundraiser exceeding the organization’s goals.
